Yes, we have the Reina Isabel camping option, C / Laurel de la Reina 15 18140 La Zubia.
Campsites in Spain do not provide tents, mattresses, or bedding. They may have the option of booking a cabin and reserving a caravan pitch.
You must contract this service directly with the campsite, the organization is not in charge of this lodging option.

Yes, we have post-Conference trips, one through Andalusia and another through Castilla la Mancha.

To obtain the Letter of Invitation you must:
1.- Have made full registration payment.
2.- Request the invitation to the Host Committee.
3.- Manage the visa with the Embassies, Consulates or Specialized Agencies in your country to carry out the process of obtaining the Visa.

If the Hotel includes different varieties of meals. The menus are adapted to different food customs of different countries and food intolerances.

If you withdraw from your participation:
1.- 20% cancellation from the scheduled date until April 1, 2024.
2.- 50% from April 1 to May 30, 2024
3.- No refund after May 31, 2024.
In addition, the following expenses will be deducted from the amount received:
1.- Bank transfer expenses.
2.- Exchange difference in the event that the conference had to be canceled due to major causes, there would be a withholding of 3% of the total paid to compensate for the expenses incurred.
The transfers will be facilitated by the Organization, in which there will be a single Bus service from Malaga or Granada Airport to the Hotel.
